Since 17 September 2026, Horizon Linguistique has been part of the network of Qualité FLE-accredited centres. The label is valid for four years, until 16 September 2030.
This distinction builds on our quality approach: the school is already Qualiopi-certified and a member of the Groupement FLE. It recognises the work of the whole team and gives learners a simple benchmark for choosing their school with confidence, including from abroad.
The Qualité FLE label is awarded by an interministerial committee bringing together the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture. Its implementation is entrusted to France Éducation international, the public operator specialising in the French language.
It is granted following an audit carried out by experts: document review, inspection of the premises, classroom observation and interviews with staff. Five areas are assessed, each rated up to three stars: courses, teachers, welcome, premises and school management.
Horizon Linguistique received 13 stars out of 15, with the highest rating in three of the five areas.

The top rating for our courses recognises the heart of what we do: structured, closely monitored learning pathways focused on each learner's progress.
Every year, more than 860 learners train at Horizon Linguistique. The label attests to the commitments we make to each of them:
- Courses structured according to the CEFR, the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, from literacy to B2 level, covering all four skills: listening and reading comprehension, speaking and writing.
- A free placement test before enrolment, to design the programme best suited to each goal.
- Small classes: 5 to 10 participants in person, 3 to 6 online.
- Flexible formats: intensive programme, evening or Saturday classes, private lessons, in person or by video conference, with replays and unlimited access to our e-learning platform.
- Certification pathways, useful for a residence permit, naturalisation, a job or studies in France, and eligible for CPF funding (France's Personal Training Account).
- Support beyond the classroom, with accommodation in a carefully selected and monitored host family, or in a residence, as part of a language stay.
